MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Happy Sunday, and happy first day if June! Today started off with temperatures in the low 60s, and there was even some patchy fog around the central portion of the state. The fog will start to clear very quickly, making way for a beautiful day to begin. Keep in mind that we still have that light haze covering most of the sky and it will most likely remain throughout the duration of the day. All due to the wildfires across the Canadian border.
For your Sunday, expect temperatures reaching in the low 80s for your afternoon highs. Winds will be calm and skies will be mostly clear. A perfect day to spend some time outside, because summer is quickly approaching.
