CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The U.S. Marshals are offering a reward for a fugitive wanted by the Lorain County Sheriff’s office for drug violations and the U.S. Marshals for a parole violation.
Michael Norman, 31, is known to frequent Lorain County and Cuyahoga County.
