Police: Hudson man had crack, meth in vehicle

A Hudson man is facing drug charges after a traffic stop on the Taconic State Parkway.

State Police stopped a vehicle on May 30 just before 3:20 p.m. on the highway in the town of Taghkanic for a traffic violation.

Police said the driver, 48-year-old Kareem J. Blocker, had a large quantity of drugs. He tried to throw them out of the vehicle, police said. A search of the vehicle found around 146 grams of crack cocaine, 33 grams of methamphetamine, 11.5 grams of Alprazolam pills, and digital scales…
