In-N-Out isn’t counting itself out after Meridian’s Planning and Zoning Commission denied an “essential element” for the restaurant’s proposed Ten Mile Rd. location.
The In-N-Out location is proposed for the corner of Ten Mile Rd. and Chinden Blvd., as BoiseDev previously reported. It is planned for the same shopping center as Costco, Slim Chickens, Cafe Rio, Swig, and a variety of other businesses.
The California-based burger chain has submitted an appeal to Meridian’s City Council to reconsider its conditional use application for a drive-thru. Meridian’s Planning and Zoning Commission denied the permit on April 17 with a 4-1 vote.
