CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — An overturned tractor-trailer caused delays in Chesapeake Tuesday morning.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, all east outside lanes and the east outside entrance ramp were closed on I-64 near Battlefield Boulevard. All lanes have since reopened.
Traffic cam of the scene shows the tractor-trailer completely on its side.
Virginia State Police said the crash occurred just after 5 a.m. when the cargo on the trailer bed became loose and overturned.
