FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office was asking for the community’s help in finding a 9-year-old boy who left school this morning.
According to FCSO, their office was working alongside several other agencies near Dudley Elementary School, trying to find a boy named Isaac.
