A man already serving state time for a gun charge arising from a downtown Toledo incident in which he was shot by police received 30 months in federal prison Tuesday for a separate gun charge filed after a shooting in a central Toledo apartment.
Darnell Peppers, 25, of the 700 block of Searles Road, will receive about 15 months’ credit for time he served in federal custody awaiting the current case’s resolution.
