LANDRUM, S.C. (WLOS) — Two people are dead following a crash involving a motorcycle and vehicle on the evening of June 2 just over the North Carolina state line in Landrum, South Carolina.
According to a news release from the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office, two people on the motorcycle died after being involved in the accident that happened on the intersection of S.C. 14 West and Oak Grove Road in Landrum.
The Coroner’s Office reported Sarah Brittany McElrath, 37, of Travelers Rest, South Carolina, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other passenger on the motorcycle, Bobby Goode, 60, of Landrum, South Carolina, was transported to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 10 p.m…
