Chicago Police Issue Alert for Suspect in Public Indecency Case in Hegewisch Neighborhood

A disturbing instance of public indecency in Chicago’s Hegewisch neighborhood has prompted the Chicago Police Department to issue a community alert. The incident occurred at an ice cream shop located on the 13300 block of S. Brandon on the evening of May 18, around 7:35 p.m.

According to the CPD, an individual described as an African American male, estimated to be between the ages of 20-35, 5’5″-5’9″ in height, with a slim build, brown eyes, and black hair, was seen wearing a skull cap, sweatpants, and a dark hooded sweatshirt while engaging in a sexual act on himself.
