Since it opened in 1973, Houston’s beloved Tex-Mex go-to Ninfa’s has never offered a dedicated lunch menu. Until this week.
Lonche a la Ninfa, as the lunchtime menu is being called, launched at the restaurant’s Uptown location, 1700 Post Oak, on Monday with six items ranging from enchiladas and tacos to tortas and chicken-and-rice bowls. All the items are cheaper than Ninfa’s main menu.
“It’s a satisfying menu, rooted in the flavors that made Ninfa’s a Houston institution, and (most importantly) a fresh new way to enjoy Ninfa’s during the day,” the restaurant said in a statement…
