Florida State and Miami are arch rivals, and have been for decades. So, when there’s an opportunity to stick to the other, neither side will hesitate. The former may have an opportunity to do that in the future.
Four-star linebacker Jordan Campbell has been committed to Miami since November of 2023. However, FSU hasn’t stopped pursuing him. Campbell recently dropped a bomb that could blow up Hard Rock Stadium after he visited Tallahassee.
“It’s Florida State, they’ve always had a spot in my heart. With me being committed to Miami and everything, I know we are supposed to hate each other and stuff like that but I love Florida State and I’m not scared to say it,” Campbell told The Osceola. “I love Coach Norvell too. He’s a cool dude, Coach Tony (White), Coach JP (John Papuchis), Coach Knighton – it’s very rare that I can go to a college and name all of the position coaches off the top of my head and it’s cool that I can do that (here).”…
