Whataburger’s youngest rival enters burger war with late-night outpost

Whataburger is now not the only fast food restaurant in Central Texas where you can score a late-night or early morning meal. P. Terry’s just announced its second 24-hour burger stand will be at its original Austin stomping grounds.

Patrick Terry, the founder of P. Terry’s, posted a video on social media that its first-ever Barton Springs stand, located at 404 S. Lamar Blvd., is now open 24/7. This follows the Austin-based burger chain making its Ben White restaurant its first 24/7 location earlier in March.

“Patrick & Kathy Terry opened the original stand 20 years ago, and we’re celebrating our 20th Anniversary all year long,” P. Terry’s said in the post. “Hungry at any hour? Both Barton Springs and Ben White are now serving you all day, at any hour. Breakfast runs from 4AM-11AM at these locations!”…
