DC man dies days after being hit by vehicle in Oxon Hill; Police search for driver

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A 25-year-old Washington, D.C. man has died days after a vehicle struck him and fled the scene in Prince George’s County, police said.

Shortly before 10 p.m. on May 28, officers were sent to the intersection of Oxon Hill and Livingston roads for a crash involving a pedestrian.

There, they found Marquise Maddox, who had been hit, in the road, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department.
