A new six-story residential condo building could sprout up in Boise’s North End.
Standard Properties of Boise has proposed the project at 622 N. 8th St., at the corner of 8th and Franklin. The property is the site of the former Michael’s Automotive Service, and sits immediately across an alley from the WCA Boise building.
