PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Police in Prince William County are searching for a man who allegedly exposed himself inside a Nordstrom Rack in the Potomac Mills mall last week.
Investigators said they are looking for 29-year-old Douglas Boomer, of Woodbridge, who is wanted for indecent exposure.
