NJ state trooper charged in 2023 high-speed chase that killed motorcyclist

SOUTH JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) — A New Jersey state trooper is facing charges in connection with a high-speed chase that ended with a fatal motorcycle crash in Burlington County two years ago.

The state alleges Det. Mark Campagna put himself and others at risk back on June 20, 2023, when he engaged in a high-speed chase with a man on a motorcycle, weaving through traffic at more than 100 miles per hour in Springfield Township.
