Everything is bigger in Texas – including Target’s newest store.
The discount chain recently debuted a new large-format store in Denton, a northern city within the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. At about 147,000 sq. ft., Denton North marks Target’s second in the city, and is one of the retailer’s biggest new builds.
Target has two more large-format locations slated to open later this year, and at least five more planned for the Dallas-Fort Worth area over the next couple of years. Overall, Target plans to open about 20 new stores nationwide in 2025, and more than 300 new large-format stores over the next decade…
