It seemed like Foothills Golf Course was headed to become a duffers paradise when Wilson Gee sold the 166-acre site to a subsidiary of Ennabe Properties in 2022.
Ennabe, a multigenerational family run real estate investment company in California, and subsidiary AZ Management & Investments LLC, (AZMI) had contracted with Troon Golf, the world’s largest golf course builder and management company, to operate Foothills as a “first class facility.”
