Upstate agencies work to keep teens out of foster care

ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Agencies in Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson are looking at ways to keep teenagers out of foster care.

United Way of Anderson said 60 teenagers in the area are in foster care. Leaders hope to bring this number down to zero.
