LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Demolition efforts have begun at the Walter Neller Building in downtown Lansing, which is being torn down after receiving a red-tag designation in October 2016.
In a video posted to Facebook Wednesday afternoon, heavy machinery can be seen demolishing a portion of the building.
