‘Be a good neighbor’: NIA Center tenants want a say in the site’s future

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Across from the Goodwill Opportunity Center, Goodwill Kentucky sees an opportunity. On Wednesday, the company announced its plans to buy the NIA center next door.

The announcement follows previous statements from TARC, the building’s owner, stating the building is no longer needed as it redesigns the transit network.
