Twin Cities Man Accused Of Attempting To Take His Car Without Paying For Work Done In Orange City

Orange City, Iowa — A Minneapolis man has been arrested on a felony burglary warrant after an incident in Orange City in March.

According to a criminal complaint filed with the Sioux County Clerk of Court’s Office by the Orange City Police Department, on March 3rd, 2025, 31-year-old Kevin Wayne Terry of Minneapolis is accused of entering a business after hours with the intent of not paying for services rendered. He was arrested on Tuesday.

In his statement, the officer says Terry knowingly entered the structure of C&H Auto Body in Orange City, and took his keys for his vehicle from within the building.
