HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Oahu’s largest jail was placed on lockdown for a facility-wide search Wednesday.
The Hawaii Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR) said the search at Oahu Community Correctional Center was necessary to “root out contraband and illegal activities.”
