MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCSC) – The Mount Pleasant Police Department arrested and charged a man after a report of voyeurism on Saturday night.
Giovani Reyes Lopez, 29, is charged with voyeurism after inappropriate behavior at Smoker Friendly.
Sgt. Rovert Blaschke said Reyes-Lopez is accused of using his phone to take a video up a woman’s skirt at the tobacco shop.
The woman stated she felt a metal touching her right ankle as she going to check out. When she looked down, she noticed it was Lopez taking a video up her skirt…
