COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A man pleaded guilty to his role in a deadly Midlands crash.
Joshua Yarborough pleaded guilty Thursday to two counts of felony driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, which was the maximum for the negotiated plea.
He was charged with two counts of felony driving under the influence and a count of leaving the scene of an accident.
The charges are linked to a September 2023 crash in the area of 12th Street and B Avenue in West Columbia. Authorities said Yarborough hit a car from behind while it was stopped on B Avenue, killing two people…
