Warren man charged with murder in weekend stabbing prosecutor calls ‘a brutal and senseless act of violence’

WARREN (WWJ) — A Warren man has been arraigned on a charge of Second Degree Murder in connection to a deadly stabbing over the weekend.

Macomb County Prosecutor Pete Lucido announced Wednesday that he has charged 22-year-old Travis Holdburg in the stabbing that happened late Saturday, May 31, at a Warren home.

According to prosecutors, officers were called to the home and found Holdburg standing in the driveway. Once inside, they found the victim dead with multiple injuries and a large cut across his neck, prosecutors said…
