The City of Loganville City Council Work Session for June 1025 will be at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2024 in Council Chambers at Loganville City Hall located at 4303 Lawrenceville Road in Loganville. On the agenda is a discussion on an application request to rezone about 27.85 acres at Twin Lakes Road in Loganville. Approval of the rezone requests could pave the the way for the city to consider green lighting a proposed development of 149 residential units. Amenities for the community would include a pool, cabana, dog park, fire pit, pavilion, and walking trails.
