TOLEDO, Ohio — The Kengo Restaurants family is opening its fourth location in Toledo’s Warehouse District Thursday afternoon.
Papa Kato’s, a Japanese fried chicken eatery, officially opens at 3 p.m. Thursday, and its mission goes beyond food — it’s a heartfelt tribute to family, tradition and legacy.
