Fundraising walks are set for later this summer and fall across Colorado
Alzheimer’s is tough on everyone, whether you’re a victim, a caregiver, or the loved one of somebody who suffers from the disease. While it can be difficult to find a bright side, there is hope to be found in the many people participating in this year’s Ride to End Alz: A group bicycle ride that donates 100 percent of the proceeds fundraised by participants to Alzheimer’s research.
The Ride to End Alz will take place on June 8, beginning and ending at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. The scenic ride offers multiple levels of difficulty for the different skill levels of the participants, ranging from a short bicycle ride of 23 miles for beginners to a long 75-mile ride for the more experienced cyclists.
