ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Asheville Police Department said a repeat offender has been arrested for indecent exposure.
On May 22 around 6 p.m., officers were called to a public park on Amboy Road to investigate reports of a man exposing himself near a running path.
