Forsyth County passes budget, denies funding boost to help huge WS/FCS deficit

FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. — Forsyth County passed its budget while shooting down a request to give tens of millions of dollars to Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (WS/FCS) on Thursday.
