This summer’s must-try market experience launches this weekend, with the debut of the Seminole Heights Sunday Market Summer Event Series on Sunday, June 8, from 10 am – 2 pm at American Legion Post 111 (6918 N Florida Ave).
The sprawling indoor-outdoor market offers a respite from the heat, featuring more than 50 amazing local vendors, plus a live DJ, and even multiple bars with adult beverages and coffee both available so you can sip and stroll. The new shopping experience takes place every Second Sunday this June-September, beginning with this Sunday’s launch.
The transformation of the Sunday market arrives just in time for summer, and it’s the perfect excuse to get out of the house and discover some of the area’s tastiest and most talented vendors. The Seminole Heights Sunday Market showcases an incredible array of multicultural foods, fresh artisan drinks, plants, produce, boutiques, and local art.
With form and function in mind, the majority of the vendors will be inside in the AC, and there will also be an area of curated outdoor spaces for plant growers and food vendors. The new setup creates the ideal shopping experience, and with so many vendors on hand and spaces to explore, we’re thrilled to have so many drink options from local shops and the American Legion bar.
