The summer wind is blowing a sweet taste of France into Tarrant County this year. Paris Baguette, a French bakery (by way of South Korea) will begin erecting a new Mansfield location once the heat sets in.
The eatery will be bringing European charm to an existing storefront at 2301 East Broad Street, Suite 101. Construction is set to begin on the project on July 15 of this year. The work required for the renovation is relatively extensive; paperwork filed with the Teas Department of Licensing and Regulation describes the scope, saying: “This project consists of a complete built out of an existing shell space. The scope of work includes fixture, finishes, restroom and kitchen that includes mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. “
Work is set to wrap on the 3,523 square foot space by November 15, suggesting that Paris Baguette may be open by late 2025 or early next year…
