HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The Hawaii State Judiciary is warning the public about a text message scam.
The messages claim to be from the DMV and say unless payment is made for unpaid traffic citations, the recipient’s driving privileges and vehicle registration will be suspended and a service fee will be charged.
