Jamestown Police took a Buffalo man into custody after conducing a street check on the city’s west side late Thursday afternoon. Officers saw two males commit vehicle and traffic violations in the area of West 8th Street and Cherry Street just after 4:30 PM. One of the males, 22-year-old Jordan Dandridge, allegedly refused to listen to commands to take his hands out of his pockets. Officers conducted a pat down of Dandridge and located a revolver in his waistband. Dandridge was then further searched, and he was allegedly found to have a quantity of crack cocaine on his person and a large sum of cash. Dandridge was arrested without incident and was held pending arraignment on charges of 2nd-degree criminal possession of a weapon and 3rd-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance…..
