SAN ANTONIO — A man was taken into custody after evading law enforcement during a routine traffic stop on the far south side Friday morning, according to Texas DPS.
Officials said troopers tried to conduct a traffic stop around 9:15 a.m. on a white Dodge vehicle while traveling northbound on Loop 410 near Medina Base Road.
The driver refused to stop and led troopers on a chase. The suspect vehicle then tried to exit on Loop 410 at Exit 9A near Pleasanton Road when it collided with a blue Ford pickup, officials said…
