Music Mogul Diddy’s Trial Continues with Emotional Testimony
A woman identified only as “Jane,” a former girlfriend of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, delivered emotional testimony today in his ongoing criminal trial. Through tears, she described drug-fueled sexual encounters with male escorts during her travels with Combs.
These encounters, which she referred to as “hotel nights” and “freak offs,” were allegedly orchestrated by Combs, sometimes lasting for days and involving drugs and baby oil. Jane testified that she felt unable to refuse Combs’s requests and that he would give her “multiple doses” of ecstasy to keep her awake at night.
She also recounted a disturbing incident on her birthday in Miami in 2023, where she engaged in sexual acts with multiple men while Combs watched.
Jane’s testimony also touched upon her financial dependence on Combs, who she confirmed continues to pay her rent. She is one of four accusers whose allegations form the basis of the government’s indictment.
The indictment alleges that Combs operated his business empire as a criminal enterprise and exploited women through financial control. “It’s true that at any moment he could just do that if he wanted to,” Jane stated, “cut me off.”
Combs remained stoic throughout Jane’s testimony, sitting with his hands clasped in front of him. This follows a warning from Judge Arun Subramanian yesterday, who reprimanded Combs’s defense team for allowing him to make facial expressions towards the jury. Judge Subramanian deemed the behavior “absolutely unacceptable” and threatened to remove Combs from the courtroom if it happens again.
In a separate development, Jane’s attorney raised concerns about media outlets attempting to reveal her identity, accusing them of livestreaming and publishing articles that could compromise her anonymity. The attorney urged the court to intervene and enforce the order protecting Jane’s identity. Judge Subramanian indicated he would consider a media gag order if any violations are confirmed.
Jane’s testimony is expected to continue next week with further questioning by the prosecution, followed by cross-examination by the defense.
