MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A Mobile man was arrested Thursday after he implied there was an explosive device under a vehicle, police say.
The Mobile Police Department responded to the 6000 block of Girby Road on Thursday at noon, where they say a man was outside a vehicle.
