A hotel up for final zoning approval by Estero Village Council was stopped short June 4 as developers argued for building a combo concrete block/wood frame, which goes against the village’s requirements of concrete block only.
Hours of conversation and testimony at a regular council meeting ended with developer and hotel operator Peachtree Hotel Group asking for a continuance.
