Man accused of damaging Nashville Fire employee’s car after stopping her from leaving firehouse

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man is facing charges after he reportedly hit a Nashville Fire Department employee’s car with a rock, according to an arrest affidavit.

The victim had just finished her shift at Nashville Firehouse 21 on Joyner Avenue and got into her car to leave when she was allegedly stopped by David Norman.

The affidavit said Norman stood in front of her car and said she was “not free to leave.” He then reportedly grabbed a nearby rock and hit a window on her car, damaging it…
