Yellow Crunch Moving to New FoCo Spot

Yellow Crunch, a Colombian eatery that debuted in Fort Collins last year, is prepping to move to a bigger space in Old Town, according to The Coloradoan. The restaurant will be swapping locations later this year, setting up shop at the former FoCo Beer Collective property, 225 Pine St.

Since opening in January 2024, the business has boomed in popularity. It started out in a small shipping container at The Exchange, but will now have three times the space, with a full bar, a bigger kitchen, and year-round indoor dining — plus events like salsa dancing nights.

Viviana Henao founded Yellow Crunch with her husband as a way to share Colombia’s vibrant culinary traditions in Northern Colorado. They moved here from Florida before the pandemic and wanted to bring their culture and food to the area, The Collegian reports…
