GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) -A caller recently reached out about her friend that had gone missing. Megan Clark said she hasn’t been able to get in touch with her friend, Caroline Goncalvez, after Goncalvez went on a trip from her home in Utah to Denver.
According to Clark, Goncalvez was pulled over on her way to Denver, with the stop taking place on I-70 near Fruita. After she was let off with a warning, Clark said she received a call from Goncalvez about the stop, and she said it seemed a little strange.
“The cop made her get out of her car and sit in his back seat. Which was where she was like, that’s really weird, that’s never happened to me before in Utah when she got pulled over… the cop had made a comment and was like oh like you sound like you have an accent. And he was like, are you from here? And she was like, no, I’m from Utah. And he was like, no like, I mean, were you born here? And she was like, no, I was born in Brazil,” said Clark…
