ALBANY — Flooding caused by heavy rainfall impacted road conditions across the region on Saturday and local officials continue to urge caution.
A flash flood warning was issued by the National Weather Service for the greater Albany area. Rainfall rates varied between an inch-and-a-half to a half-inch regionwide on Saturday afternoon.
