ALBANY — A State Police trooper who suffered serious injuries after their cruiser was hit by a passing semi-truck on Friday has been released from the hospital, State Police say.
The trooper was released from the hospital on Friday night and is back home, State Police spokesman Beau Duffy said. The trooper was hospitalized earlier that day after suffering “serious but not life-threatening injuries,” officials said.
