VENICE – Venice’s planning board approved the site plan for Leo San Marco, a proposed 200-home multifamily development on the southwest corner of Knights Trail and Laurel Oak roads in Venice.
The proposed development would include cottages, town houses and row houses, with both street and garage parking, currently earmarked for rent.
