TULSA, Okla. — Storm water is eroding the northern edge of East 111th Street, city officials said.
According to City Councilor Phil Lakin, a constituent reported the issue, which led to an inspection Saturday morning. Lakin said storm water runoff could be seen washing away part of the road near the creek between Hudson and Sheridan.
