Ada County has warned the companies tied to a foothills landowner that they could face a lawsuit if they don’t bring the property into compliance with county code.
Ada County initiated a code enforcement investigation into a property at 15401 N. Cartwright Rd. in September 2024 regarding the operation of an unpermitted shooting range on the property, as previously reported. In February, neighbors told BoiseDev that they were still hearing gunfire from the property where Valiance Firearms Training appeared to be operating.
