Legendary rocker Rod Stewart has announced the cancellation and rescheduling of several U.S. tour dates due to a bout with the flu. The 80-year-old singer expressed his disappointment on Instagram, apologizing to fans for the inconvenience.

Four shows scheduled for Nevada between June 7 and 14 have been cancelled. Two California dates, originally slated for the same period, have been moved to September.

Despite his illness, Stewart is still expected to perform at the Glastonbury Festival later this month, where he is anticipated to draw a massive crowd. He recently received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the American Music Awards, celebrating a career that has spanned over six decades.
