Country music icon Vince Gill, 68, is set to grace the historic Ryman Auditorium stage this August for a five-night residency. The Grammy-winning artist shared the exciting news in a playful Instagram video on Saturday, June 7, inviting fans to join him for “some old songs” and a guaranteed good time. He’ll be sharing the stage with rising country star Corrina.
The Ryman, the original home of the Grand Ole Opry, confirmed the dates: August 7-9 and 15-16. Tickets are selling quickly, and eager fans have flooded the announcement with enthusiastic comments, expressing their excitement and praising Gill’s legendary talent.
Gill recently wrapped up a stint performing with The Eagles during their Las Vegas residency, filling the void left by the late Glenn Frey. Now, he’s returning to his Nashville roots for what promises to be a memorable run at the Mother Church of Country Music.
