BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — UPDATE (June 7, 2025, 6:25 p.m.): Kern County Public Works reported Lake Isabella Blvd. at Fussel St. has been closed since 4:00 p.m. due to a brush fire.
UPDATE (June 7, 2025, 3:00 p.m.): The Kern County Fire Department reports forward progress of the fire has been stopped. All extra equipment ordered to help with the firefight has been cancelled. All evacuation warnings have also been lifted.
